For future reference, when asking about problems with a mod or mods, it's really helpful if you explain which ones you are using.

Skooma is derived from moon sugar, they are not quite the same.

I've said it before, and I still do not think that TES would make a good MMORPG.

I was disappointed that they took out the ability to smash cars with bats. Now you can only use bats on people, which is much less fun.

The custom radio thing being removed sucks. But maybe they'll put it back in in the PC version.

The multiplayer would be cooler if I knew more people that had it ...

I have looked some more, and I did find some places where body mods can cause some strange behavior. Could it be a possible conflict with the body mod I have installed?

This is why, when you ask a question about a mod causing weird glitches, you list ALL the mods you have that might ...

I agree with Jeff that it might be a joke potion... and I'd add that the scripting for it was written sloppily, causing all future new games to be midgets.

Have you tried uninstalling the mod to see if that helps?
