How do I add a picture beside my name?

Top of the main forum page, there's a link that says "Profile". Click on that. Scroll to the bottom. There's a place to upload a picture. They're called avatars.

I think that problem lies with the computer.

I know the problem is (kinda) resolved, but shouldn't this have been moved somewhere, as it doesn't relate to the Oblivion game, but to the Unoffical Forums?
