Sometimes, I hear guards commenting: "The emperor of Skyrim is dead, these are dark times indeed"
do they mean the High King of Skyrim, or THE Emperor (of the empire). I'm not sure but I have the impression that this comment occured only after killing ...

or you could use one of the dragon priest masks, im pretty sure one of the 9 has a red hood attached, not sure which one though.

No, i think I know what you mean, happens to me as well. e.g. he wants to load his char in whiterun, but when he scrolls down, the game shows he is in windhelm. but after he loaded up, the char IS in whiterun.
this is just a minor glirch, nothing important (for me)

When you talk to Sheogorath, he mentions a certain Little Tim, could this be a reference to Tiny Tim (R.I.P), because for some reason, whenever I hear Tiny Tim's songs, the first person to come to my mind is Sheogorath...

but can you get still the krosis mask if you didnt start the MQ?

OR... you can do the bit cheaper version, get the 50% destruction damage resistance from the blocking skill tree, and get the daedric artifact shield that has another 50% ward when blocking. result= no fire or frost breath damage from dragons while blocking.

In Oblivion, everyone could see akatosh' statue in the middle of the IC, all the Oblivion gates closing, no daedra anymore,...
In Skyrim, No-one can go to Sovngarde to see the dovahkiin defeat Alduin, there are no indications that everythings over, the dragons are still flying around, you know. So ...

That's a statue, but you can see Ysgramor in life (well... not really, but...) in

my nord goes with battleaxe, because i dont have to bother finishing off enemies while in 6 vs. 2 fight, they just bleed to death

anyways, mine is a linear thingy (y = x), it starts good and gets better and better

armors can effectively triple or quadruple your health (not visibly, but you can take more damage).
You forgot something: armor doesn't protect from magic. When people face me with melee weapons or bows, they have not a single chance to beat me, but 3 strong fire spells and I'm down.

there is a perk in the heavy armor tree which adds your heavy gauntlets armor rating to the damage done by unarmed strikes + there are the gauntlets of the pugilist which increases the damage from unarmed strikes. so having the perk and enchanting a deadric gauntlet with a high amount of pugulist ...

they land on the roofs of buildings, but thats practically their only interaction with buildings.

the third (or fourth?) one, where you have to follow the argonian Gulum-Ei. In the last room where you meet him, the helmet should be on one of the shelves around.
