Shearpoint - Krosis
This is a question about the Word you find at Shearpoint, Throw Voice. If you haven't started the Main Quest, is the Word Wall just guarded by Krosis? Or Is the dragon still there?

No dragons appear if you haven't started the main quest. None. At all. Anywhere. Even the ones that guard peaks with word walls like Shearpoint are absent.

but can you get still the krosis mask if you didnt start the MQ?
