I usually split time and storage between Battlehorn Castle and the Priory of the Nine. Occasionally, I'll "live" in Frostcrag Spire, but almost never do I inhabit either the Thieves' Den or Deepscorn Hollow, seeing as I nearly never play a "bad guy".

I use mods to add usable saddlebags, armor the Imp. Legion's horses, and give more colors, as well as more realistic colors. I don't remember any of the names except that AlienSlof does the horse retextures, and they're really nice. For example, Prior Maborel's horse has a couple of small, visible ...

I'd recommend going with Breton. Decent enough physical stats, especially if you choose the Warrior birthsign, and a good magic pool for Restoration spells. If you're not too concerned with a little theft, you can get white monk's robes from the second floor of Weynon Priory.

KotN effects?

So I was browsing the KotN pages on the wiki, and I got to thinking: it seems any time you join or move up in rank in a faction, certain people's dispositions toward you change. Since they're not listed on the wiki(as far as I can see), does anyone know what disposition effects are created by moving ...

Probably Hermaeus Mora. After all, knowledge is power.

Does Jyggalag count? He would be my second choice, followed closely be Sheo.

Once, upon approaching a bandit camp, I snuck in, took aim at a bandit with my bow, and missed, the arrow flying well over his head, and into the shrubs beyond. He then charged, and I fought him hand to hand. After killing him, I snuck warily into the actual camp, because I knew this camp should ...

Whodunit is the best you get to make everyone go nuts. I love a good mind game. Many people on various forums seem to like Whodunit best. While I agree it's a funny quest, it's way to easy. You can basically walk in and slash everyone to death without sneaking and still get the bonus. (which is the ...

The best place to buy healing spells, for yourself or others, is at chapels, IMO. Convalescence is a good lower-end one. I myself usually buy a heal-others spell before I do the MQ.

Yeah, the guy in Crucible whom you help "commit suicide" has a non-respawning container in his house, which is where you get your reward. Can't remember his name at the moment, and I'm too lazy to look it up.

Sort of. An example of what I mean is when my friend is playing games on his comp, he is usually also using programs to download music, just running "underneath" the game he is playing. Do you have any background programs that have the ESC key assigned for some function? I've found that, occasionally, I'll be running one program, but that certain keystroke combos will "jump" out and activate something in a different program. It's not often, but that's the only thing I can think of.

I think the only ones I've ever picked with any kind of frequency are Mage and Spellsword. Even then, though, I agree, it's usually a lot better to create a class. I've had roughly the same problem, but it's because my game periodically "shuts down" wrong, and rather than just going back to the desktop after quitting, I get the little "Oblivion has stopped working" notice. It doesn't affect the game, but it does keep my settings from saving.

Realistically, even if you needed to overhaul most of the components for a PC, the cost would still come to roughly the same as, if not just slightly more, than buying a console would be once all the costs are tallied up. At least, that's the way it looks to me.
