It may possibly been intended that way although I suspect it's just something Bethesda added in for realism's sake. It's part of the Cyrodiil custom, to offer something to the dead as a mark of respect (and likewise not to take from them). Would be great though if you were rewarded in some small way ...

Good of you to be honest, Bear, and I admire that you're at least raising the point. I'd noticed the distinct lack of appearance the Mods have been making myself; it's hard to tell exactly because phpbb doesn't have a "Last Login" function on profiles but looking at the last post dates Vook hasn't ...

Oh I wouldn't dispute that. I'm not saying they're difficult or anything - they're an easy kill - but there's a difference between annoying and challenging; Daedra are more challenging (although Scamps do irritate me) but they're scarce, Cliff Racers aren't much of a threat but they're everywhere ...

I think Moderators should be connected with the community they moderate and honestly, Bear you do a pretty good job at that :D

BTW, about the tribunal, didn't they all die or dissappear in morrowind:tribunal?

Open up Microsoft Word, go to Insert Symbol and you'll find them near the bottom. They're called "BOX DRAWING"s. ^_^

The most appealing one is probably the Champion's Imperial Dragon armour; pretty weak but it's stunning. If you're into heavy armour (which I rarely choose) then Daedra is the best because of its durability and physical appeal (much sexier than Morrowind's by far).

Why do you guys hate "Will-o-the-wisp" so much? I have only met em twice in the game, easy to kill
And when em turn invisible, i use a "detect life" thing, like the gray cowl..:P

IT"S FREAKIN AWESOME!
For the first time, I could get about two inches from a Cliff Racer, and still not be attacked.
Personally I just use an uber Levitation spell to avoid Cliff Racers; they're restricted ascending to a certain point, after which they can't go any higher but you can (not sure if ...

As to the magicka in combat, I've noted several (ranged) spells and scrolls, as well as advice that would seem to indicate that that's the only form of magicka combat.
I hope it's not.
Technically it is, although there's not just ranged, there's also Touch which does as the name suggests: you need ...

I'd agree with Hlaalu; their required skills cover the basics for any normal thief (Light Armor; Marksman; Security; Short Blade) so you're likely to advance more swiftly with them than with Redoran, who favour warriors, and definately Telvanni, who of course are mage-oriented. You also get some ...

In the discussion page there's a bit of uncertainty but it seems possible that Umbra is marginally higher in level but not inherently 50. A bit confusing.
I use the Xbox 360 so I couldn't honestly tell you since I don't have access to the files.

I seldom ever find Daedric armour on Daedra. I think this is largely due to the fact they don't wear it, rather Daedric armor is made from Daedra skin (much like leather is made from cattlehide). You're more likely to begin discovering it in loot or on people, and the higher you go the more common ...

Heh, interesting idea. I used Shadowmere like that - knocking him unconscious and packing stuff into him - but it gets to be a pain after a while. You can do the same with some corpses too. o_O
