Code:
AETHIEGAL VAHRFKIV
KENRAV IE VFR RONA?
?ORIIK PINRAAR SE SOVNGARDE
NAAL ?L
I believe it is QETHSEGOL, not AETHIEGAL. I know it doesn't exactly run off the tongue, but if you look at the first letter, the mark to the right goes down past the top of the main stroke. if you compare it to A's later in the wall, their marks are much shorter, more like triangles. as for the S, same deal, look at the other I's and you'll find that the marks are much smaller than this example. As for the O, although the placement seems somewhat off, I believe it's much more important that they're marks than dots. You'll find the position of many of the marks slightly displaced, but the direction and type of mark is the important part. I can even see you agree with me, RONA, is correct, you completely switched your translation when you could see the two letters next to each other.
My full translation of this is
QETHSEGOL VAHRUNIV
KENROV SE VUD RONA_
ZILLE YARIIK PINDAAR SE SOVNGARDE
NAAL QO
The interesting thing is, of course the last line, NAAL QO, which translates to "By Wrath" now, It could either be that the sentence before is saying that someone is going to SOVNGARDE, and he/she is getting murdered(Die by wrath), or the Author of this passage is QO, most likely some dragon in that case.
the only Problem of course is the mark after the A in RONA, it certainly doesn't resemble any of the letters we know. However, since, obviously, it's no letter we've used, I've managed to deduce it is one of these letters: B D ey ii J W. currently, I'm Leaning towards W, because it's the only letter with a bottom horizontal mark, but it could be any of those.
On another note, I found an unlisted skyrim lets play that managed to get out 6 episodes before being taken down, and the player there went to the SAME dungeon and found a completely different Word Wall. I managed to translate that as well.
HET NAK FaaL VahLAK
ReiNMaaR RA RAVahGALI
ahRK aaN FUS RA UNSLaaR
RahGOL ahRK VULAM
which can be slightly translated
here NAK FaaL VahLAK
ReiNMaaR RA RAVahGALI
and a force RA UNSLaaR
RahGOL and VULAM
OH, I just realized, BOTH of these were at the same place, as in, within an old tomb, right? possibly these both speak of the demise of the dead who, obviously, is right behind you. maybe this is a warning;
"here lies ____
beware, he's still alive
and a force to be reckoned with
(some signature, good luck, or similar statement, maybe live long and prosper)"
Following the number of words and common words, possibly says
"here lies FaaL VahLAK
Undead, be vigilant
and a force be Reckoned
Gold and Glory"
