Zenimax own Bethesda, but Zenimax has another branch of different developers called Zenimax online, who is developing Online, while Bethesda Game Studios, and branch of Bethesda and Zenimax, also a completely different group of developers, are developing the Single Player, Elder Scrolls games. Do you get it?
I did not know anything about Zenimax, never heard of them. So Zenimax is the one doing Elder Scrolls Online?
let me break it down for you
Zenimax owns bethesda
bethesda is working on the next single player ES games
Zenimax wanted a moneymaking idea so they created a separate team to work on TESO
So Zenimax is really a primary company behind ES other than bethesda

Yes, Zenimax online is. Bethesda Game Studios still does the Elder Scrolls single player and Fallout.

Diverse weapon types (spears, crossbows etc). Alien Architecture and landscape. Basically things to enrich lore and immersion. At some points when I was exploring Cyrodiil and Skyrim I got bored of the landscape. I want mushroom trees and lava lakes, and cities unique and alien. I also think it should have a 'Main City' like the Imperial City.

Whiterun was pretty much the main city.

I'm sure each province will have it's own "main city" - the Imperial City in Cyrodiil, Whiterun in Skyrim, Vivec in Morrowind, etc.

Honestly I think TES should get away from the whole "Tis iz teh mane citeh cuz it b on teh centerz ofz your mapz an u go der fo teh mane quest all teh tim" thing. And I think citys should be much more diverse, such as one city has a library/bookstore, a clothing store, and etc. while this city over there meets the demands of more warrior-like people with a local blacksmith, imported weapons and armor shop, and other things. It is silly to meet every demand of the player in each city while the actual citizens would have no need for alot the items in the shop.

I would want
More than one Province
The Gray Cowl of Nocturnal
Playable Snow Elf race
More challenging faction quests with a bigger reward when you become the leader
More choice of spouses
The return of acrobatics
Return of creation of own spells

Spoiler:
While i would really..... REALLY love to play as a falmer unless we were in the past OR some others like gelebor were discovered i dont think it would work out too well :/.
Also as always bethesda more ways of getting around the world. Like mark and recalls or outright teleportation that maybe can only be used outside? More summons of course. Winged Twilight anyone? Also maybe some altars to daedra that actually give blessings and that last a long time but only for the members of the coven.

More lore.... MUCH more.

I would like to see an "anti-main quest". Like sure, u get to be the hero & save the world as usual, but what about an alternate path--like someone wanting to be bad & work for the OTHER side & gain power?

THIS. I want my choices to actually have an impact on my character and the story, a la Fable (but with a more mature approach, of course).

I agree with Steve freewaydog, a breathing, living world that the player has soo much freedom in, you nearly [&@%!] yourself from the scale of it.

I would better characters. No random, nameless people. Also, more voice acting.

You want to know every bandits name? Some people need to be nameless, especially if they do not tell you there name.

They all had names in Morrowind (except the guards)... I guess the most realistic approach would be if everyone was nameless until you asked them, it would make finding people more interesting too.

You can get rid of the HUD and compass in Skyrim, I think.
