(i hate these threads with a passion but i cant stop myself from posting in them)
I've seen them live, they were absolutely amazing. I almost decided to give up guitar out of sheer despair. The highlight was them playing Wish You Were Here and every single person in the tent singing along. Magic.
I probably listened to that at least 5 times at work the other night. In fact, because you've mentioned it, gonna go listen again. YYZ is my favorite, though.

I read that on 4th of july they played with John Mayer (say what you want of him but i think his trio blues band is good) and Robert Randolph and the Family Band.
When/where did you see them? Thats awesome, im gonna see them whenever i get the opportunity. Did they do any other covers? Their stairway cover is beautiful.

It was at Latitude last year, I went to watch them headlining the second stage because the main headliners (The Good The Bad And The Queen) were gash. They did loads of covers - WYWH, Stairway, loads of other classic rock/metal stuff...
I've seen them play it live The first time I saw them they were definitely in a weird mood - they played Kid A, Fog and quite a few other strange ones, no Lucky, No Surprises or Karma Police... But still an absolutely amazing gig.
I feel a bit sorry for Ed in Kid A live though, there's no guitar or backing vocals in it so he literally has nothing to do, when I saw them play it he just lit a fag and had a chat with the guitar tech while the other four played it.
In the above linked version he adds a little much needed ambience. Ignoring the fact that we might turn this into another 'head-themed website (lord knows there's enough already.. ); they do it (KidA) justice live, which is a pretty darn impressive thing to be able to pull off.
I also saw Mr Yorke refer to them recording a bad version of Fog - I assumed he was talking about the piano version, and not the studio band-take; because studio-Fog is perfect in almost every conceivable way..
And personally? I like them skipping most of Ok, because so much that came after is so good - and, literally, how many times can you want to hear those same tracks replayed live? Although fitting in a Tourist, Paranoid, and maybe a Subterranean Homesick wouldn't do any harm.

Well of course they played Paranoid Android... although they didn't the second time I saw them. I suppose they've been playing it at every gig they've done since 1996, they're probably getting a bit bored of it by now.
The live Fog I saw was just Thom on the Rhodes and singing, the whole place was completely silent apart from a ripple of applause about 20 seconds into it when people started to work out what song it was.
Well, that makes 3 people here who are seeing Radiohead this year. Me, leroybrown and r are now officially the three best people on this website. Thus, I think it calls for a barely used emoticon;
This evenin', I 'ave been mostly listening to... In Limbo [live version with added delayed/reverby Jonnie].
