I kind of get goosebumps whenever theres a trap....whether its the Spiky Ball, the Arrow, Logs, anything...as soon as I hear the click of the pressure plate is "Oh, sh-!" *SMACK*

Seeing a Baliwog race at you from a higher ground is pretty creepy.

The first time I entered Skingrad. There's just something about the place that makes me extremely nervous... and that was before I knew what the Count was!

Yeah, the whole 'not having a horse while traversing across open ground with irate skinned hounds and an assortment of other nasties baying for your blood' sets me on edge a bit as wellUnionhack wrote:Seeing a Baliwog race at you from a higher ground is pretty creepy.

There's always the guests who showed up to an unplanned housewarming party in my Anvil mansion that first night.
Baurus: Our job is to get the Emperor out of situations like this. Though I'll admit, things aren't going exactly to plan.
Casandra: At the moment, the deadliest weapon at my disposal is a goblin's head on a stick. I'd be worried if this was the plan.

Exactly. I just did this yesterday; I can't believe after over 200 hours of play, I was thinking "I really don't know what's going to happen next".Oasis23 wrote:The first time i did the Ultimate Heist i was slowly and nervously taking every corner like it was my last

Re: What moments in Oblivion gave you goosebumps?
I got really creeped out when i saw a zombie for the first time... it just gave me chills
I was annoyed the first time i played through, however, as it took me ages to get out of the sewers at the start. When i finally got out, it was night time and it was raining! So no goosebumps at that point for me

Yeah, this too. I sneaked through the rest of the tutorial because I was terrified that there were going to be more zombies. My god, it took so long to get out of the sewers... :pdrumgodrob wrote:I got really creeped out when i saw a zombie for the first time

Re: What moments in Oblivion gave you goosebumps?
The only goosebumps I get when playing oblivion are when i face zombies. They just look so gross. And their footsteps! Squish squish squish! My main goal in going into ruins and caves in that game was to prevent them from touching me.

Re: What moments in Oblivion gave you goosebumps?
The final parts of the main quest. We had stopped Mehrunes Dagon and the hordes of Oblivion, and I stood outside of the Temple of the One.. but everyone I had known had died. Baurus and Jauffre were just two more casualties of the battle of Bruma, and Martin sacrificed himself to defeat Mehrunes Dagon, Steffan had died protecting Martin. I didn't feel like I had won. I had that feeling of foreboding and loneliness, that I had sacrificed so much to continue into an uncertain and unpromising future.

Re: What moments in Oblivion gave you goosebumps?
Through the Nightmare, Darkly. I might have actually squeaked.
Also, I have to agree with all the people who mentioned zombies. My delicate nervous system can't stand their ploppy, squishy footsteps - especially when I can't see them. Gah, the agony at Anga - the semi-darkness, the priests mumbling, the Forgotten crawling, and the sound of unseen zombies from somewhere down in the deep...
Also, arriving at Hackdirt for the first time made me go all 'Wha-?'

In between the lines there's a lot of obscurity.

If it's alright, then you're all wrong.
But why bounce around to the same damn song?
You'd rather run when you can't crawl...

Riding around Cyrodiil (though mainly in the great forest on the way from Chorrol to Bruma) and the snow would begin to fall and in the distant you could hear the piano piece from Auriel's Ascension. It was beautiful, ethereal.

Zombies creep me the hell out, they're so....icky.
I do love the coast of Anvil and the Jerall Mountains. Couple times I stopped just to watch the sunset in the Niben Bay. So beautiful for a game of its time.

The house of the DB traitor, with his mother's head, dead dogs, blood pools and corpses was kinda spooky.
