Re: Signs you play The Elder Scrolls too much
It's helped me every time. Except the time that amazing dragon was flying backwards and reloading a saved game didn't help. Doesn't matter, they'll always be beautiful in my eyes

...when you're surprised to find that random plants and foods around your home do not, in fact, combine to make potions, or even decent soup.

...when you commit a crime then run from the local law enforcement to find a Thieves Guild rep who can erase your criminal record.
...when your exclamation of surprise is not "Oh my God!" or "Jesus!", but instead "By the Nines!"
...when you buy a heap of random items from a shopkeeper to make sure he has enough money to buy your clutter.
...when you first visit a new city, you don't ask where the pub or supermarket is, but where the guild halls and general merchant are.

When you can point to, with about 95% accuracy, various random locations on the Skyrim Map on your friends save that he hasn't found yet. He got a quest and was told to go to a certain cave, and asked me if I knew where it was. I told him to pull up his map, and I placed a quest marker at the location, and sure enough it was just about in that spot.
