How could you possibly know this?Tesknowitall wrote:Spoiler:

which one is it?
I hope you're wrong lol (no offence!
Re: Skyrim could have werewolves and Vampires?
This got confirmed because on one of the leaks the player switched freon 1st to 3rd person after becoming a werewolf and people assumed he had been forced to do that. There are video that show it is not true + this from a Pete tweet:Osiris wrote:How could you possibly know this?Tesknowitall wrote:Spoiler:

@DCDeacon I heard a rumor that under some circomstances, you can only fight/combat in 3rd person perspective, is this really true?? Thanks!

Re: Skyrim could have werewolves and Vampires?
I'm excited about the return of werewolves (never got round to doing it in Morrowind) but until I see some solid proof that you can become one (don't really trust leaks tbh) I'm not gonna hype myself up.
A hero can be anyone, even a man doing some as simple and reassuring as putting a coat around a young boy's shoulders to let him know the world hadn't ended.

go to youtube, modify the url so that it has leaked content - do not post it after the dot com.Nocturnal wrote:I'm excited about the return of werewolves (never got round to doing it in Morrowind) but until I see some solid proof that you can become one (don't really trust leaks tbh) I'm not gonna hype myself up.

I don't know really, It's the internet in general and hate getting my hopes up for something. Always prefer solid proofWolfie wrote:Why dont you trust leaks?
and @ Osiris I will check it out if I can find the footage.
EDIT: seems most of the videos have been taken down on youtube, oh well I will wait for the game and find out myself

Re: Skyrim could have werewolves and Vampires?
So, this means that we aren't sure if werewolves will have first person? I never fought in 3rd person in oblivion, my camera always aimed in random directions. Werewolves should have it. It added great affect with the red tinted screen in bloodmoonRiver wrote:This got confirmed because on one of the leaks the player switched freon 1st to 3rd person after becoming a werewolf and people assumed he had been forced to do that. Re: Skyrim could have werewolves and Vampires?
Do you think we can run on all fours like in morrowind or only for a short period of time (the video shows a quick burst of speed). I liked how in bloodmoon you could run around like a wolf as long as you want. It adds a cool effect

Whatever happened to the producer, or who ever, saying there were no werewolves in skyrim?

Re: Skyrim could have werewolves and Vampires?
They never really denied it, only declined to talk about it, IIRC.
I just saw some gameplay, and they actually look pretty good. I'll definitely play as one at some point. Probably while a Bosmer.
Also, I don't think the third-person lock is really a bad thing. It seems as though the controls are kinda simplified, with each hand only attacking with one sweeping animation. Between this and the movement speed, I think third-person works pretty well.

I think the only time there was a definite no, it was from the Art Director and the interview itself was translated from a different language.

Perhaps one of my characters should be a hunter of vampires and werewolves. Van Helsing style.

One does not simply ignore the Morrowind fans...
I used to make polls, but then I took an arrow in the knee.
