Yeah I HATE that orc who say "buzz buzz go away little fly" ecspicaly when my Characator is bigger, mean, and more deadly than him. I think I'm gonna pay his home a vistit tonight..........

The ones who most annoy me are pitiful khajiits. I really wanna kill them, but I don't, out of pity.

As for me , I don't have anyone to hate except that I always kills Weye right after I finished his Rumare Salughtererfish quest. Nothing personal, I just want to get Dark Brotherhood Initiation.

The Adoring Fan is definately the most annoying npc in the entire game. I keep him in my house, and whenever I come inside, he goes "BY AZURA BY AZURA BY AZURA ITS THE GRAND CHAMPION..."
Its so annoying. However, I'm gonna equip him with some awesome armor and take him to go kill some Oblivion gates. Gotta help my Illusion skill with some rally spells on him. Then I can restore his health when it gets low. Its gonna be awesome.

I'd have to go with either Phintias, the owner of the market district book store, or Matthias Draconis, a guard of Umbacano.

Phintias - The way he says "good day" after speaking with him makes me want to reach into the game and choke him.

Matthias Draconis - {Mumph}, {Snort}, and any other pretentious grunt he throws out.

Phintias. Just the way he talks to you during the main quest, and when you stop talking to him. I'd like to see people talk to their customers like that and see how long their business stays open.

The Adoring Fan. He's annoying but fun to kill. It's even funner when you kill him in front of the guards, and the guards don't do anything.

I hate that guy who when you talk to him second time, he just goes "Buzz buzz buzz go away little fly".

I also hate that Cheydinhal Fighters guild quest guy. He keeps telling me "Move your ass, boot" and keep saying [&@%!] to me.
Damned [&@%!].

I still like orcs though.

In Bruma, at that inn...there's this creepy little green guy that sneaks around every now and then. Can't remember his name. Whenever I try to talk to him he tells me (not so nicely) to get away from him before he gets nasty cuz he has no time for small talk.

Who is he? Is he part of a quest line I havnt activated yet? Or does he just sneak around forever with no real part in the game?

I'd love to kill him and see what I can get from him.

nvm I found him....Alval Uvani....If you attempt to engage him in conversation, he will refuse to speak to you, saying "I have no time for your pathetic attempts at small talk. Now walk away, before I get... nasty."

He is a member of the Dark Brotherhood and, if you've gotten far into the Dark Brotherhood quests, I think you'll know what'll happen.

yep, I cast frenzy on him and let the town guards kill him. Then I went and got my reward from the dark brotherhood.

Maybe this is slightly off topic, but it annoys me to no end when, after beating the main quest and becoming the campion of Cyrodiil, a gaurd walks up and says, "hail citizen" as if you just crawled out of the sewers...

that might be because of your infamy, or at least a some infamy you used to have. Apparently, you may have saved all their sorry hides but they still haven't forgiven you for stealing one of the elder scrolls, or killing off some of their captains
