Most Annoying NPC
Who is your vote? Is it....the fighter's guild porter? The paranoia freak? The Adoring Fan? Dogmantra?
so basically, out of any in the game, who is the most annoying?

I second this. I gave her skooma to see if she would give me something interesting, but she gave me a gardening hoe... I killed her on the spot, it was well worth the 1000 septims.Tracyn_Skirata wrote:The skooma lady in New Sheoth. She is the only npc i've killed out of annoyance.

I can't believe I forgot about him! First time I saw him in the West Weald inn in Skingrad, I punched him in the nose and Else God-Hater killed him for me.Aces Andre wrote:Alval Uvani. Everytime I see and hear him I want to cut him to pieces.

Re: Most Annoying NPC
I don't like the Annoying Fan. Some call him Adoring, I call him Annoying.
He's really scary, too.
I mean, I...
• Drowned him.
• Pushed him off Dive Rock.
• Slew him with a sword.
• Filled him with arrows.
• Pretty sure I killed him with my Wizard's Fury.
And yet, he is always behind me, staring at me with his disturbing smile. *Shudders*

Re: Most Annoying NPC
every time I fast travel to the Imperial City waterfront, the second I appear and seemingly right in my ear comes.... "EVERYONE NEEDS A COPY OF THE BLACK HORSE COOOURRIER!!!". I always vow to make that guy die a slow painful death but for some reason I never carry through on it.
Mazoga the Orc is pretty obnoxious too with her "Why are we STOPPING?" in that whiny voice and whole lame fake knight back story.

Re: Most Annoying NPC
YEAH! Those Black Horse Courier dirt bags annoy me. I have terrifying memories of walking into Imperial City and hearing them rant on about it for like 5 straight minutes....every time you walk by them. And sometimes..your on your way to do something and they automatically start talking to you and give you one. It is just...WTF MAN!

AND!!! I dunno if it counts as an NPC, but both me and my boyfriend have got it in many different saved games on 3 separate discs...
THE STALKING PAINT HORSE!!!
It's not Prior Mayblahwhatever's paint horse, it's just called "paint horse" and it's classed as stealing if I ride it, but it turns up everywhere, as if it's supposed to be mine!
It annoys me, simply because it follows me but I can't ride it without getting in trouble.

Re: Most Annoying NPC
That one noble who practically spits in your face when you walk into his house, and then is all like "you wanna go?" Then I was like, "yeah, actually I do." So I whacked him twice, he ran away, and then I killed him. Extremely satisfying. Then I loaded a save game. I forget his name, I just remember he was wearing the fancy green shirt/coat thing.
And when things start to happen,
don't worry. Don't stew.
Just go right along.
You'll start happening too.

Re: Most Annoying NPC
Am I the only one who finds Ulrich Leland's dialogue obnoxious? Every time someone comes near, it's just "I don't know you and I don't care to know you!" like 3 or 4 times! You'd think he'd only need to say it once.

Re: Most Annoying NPC
I can't remember his name, but he sings a song about cliff racers. I try to avoid him whenever possible. If I get too close to him, I know he's going to sing. And if he sings, I know I'll be forced to murder him. The quest that deals with his eviction is one of my favorites, as he is killed during it. Very nice.
Re: Most Annoying NPC
LOL. I love that guy. He would be one of my favorites. I usually seek him out when in Cheydinhal to see if he'll sing.CheeseCheese wrote:I can't remember his name, but he sings a song about cliff racers. I try to avoid him whenever possible. I don't hate NPCs. Most of them lack enough life to animate me enough. Even the guy across from you in the tutorial... meh. I will say that Alessia Caro and the girl that writes the guides to the various cities are pieces of work, though. Yech.

The lady who wrote the coty guide books I hate her so much
Re: Most Annoying NPC
I think everyone is great! Yep, not one person I hate or am annoyed by. All of them serve their purpose, and that's just fine with me.

That one orc in Cheydinhal that's like, "Ooh look, a fly! Buzz buzz buzz. Hey look everyone I'm talking to a fly! Buzz buzz buzz,"
