1. Okay I have a level 20 character redguard, I am on the mage quest where you have to go to bruma and find out what happened, I usually have the problem of finding wraiths as the enemies in there, my question is this, and may sound stupid but what is the best weapon to take them out? I can't seem to get past this area as bad as that sounds, but I only have 4 quests left and I can be the head guy at least on the mages guild.
2. I am also on the fighters guild where I been traveling with guild masters son, he has no armour left, I am on the part where you go down and have to kill some orcs, what would be the best way to take them out as well, I know this is all alot of help.
3.Next question would be on all the spells you guys have customed made are there any spells that you would say take out alot of enemies at one time? I have my destruction skill at level 51, seems to take forever to get it up.
4.Oblivion gates, what would you suggest you have when you go up there, I was messing around yesterday in there had an enchanted weapon but with only 27 charges you run out of that real quick, any ideas on how to fix this, or do i have to go to a guild or town to get it recharged everytime.
5.Enchanting, what would be a good combination to maybe take out creature, I want to use a few enchanting weapons to maybe take out wraiths and orcs and the baddies in the gates.
I am sorry for alot of questions, but I been stuck on these points and would love some help in order to get to the next level thanks.

You can never ask enough questions
1. Wraiths have a 100% resistance to Frost. So do not use Frost spells or weapons with a Frost enchantment on them! They also have a 100% resistance to Normal Weapons which means weapons that are not enchanted will not damage them. Finally they have a 100% resistance to Poison which means you cannot use poisons on them.
So you've got to use a Fire, Damage Health or Shock spell, or a weapon with a Fire/Shock/DamageHealth enchantment. At your level I recommend you do the
Boethia Daedric Quest which gets you a lot of great loot and a sword called Goldbrand which has a very strong Fire Damage enchantment

.
2. I think you're talking about Ogres, not Orcs

. All Ogres have a 25% weakness to Poison which means Poisons do extra damage. Buy a Poison at an Alchemy store (for example:
The Main Ingredient in the Imperial City) or make one yourself. Use it on your bow or weapon of choice (a dagger for example). Now go in stealth mode and get as close to your enemy as possible without being seen. Save often so that you can reload if something goes wrong. Hit the Ogre with a poisoned stealth attack.
Ogres have no other weaknesses or resistances which means you can just use any spell or weapon you like on them. Just hit them a lot and hit them hard

.
3. Training your Destruction skill is easy. Create a custom spell:
Weakness to <Element> on Self, 3% for 1 sec.
For example: Weakness to Fire
Now cast it repeatedly and your Destruction skill will raise very quickly.
As for your question:
Weakness to Shock 100% for 1sec on Target/Touch
Shock Damage X points on Target/Touch
X = highest value possible (depending on your gold and Destruction skill level)
You can also make a Fire and Frost spell.
4. Shock! Create some spells that do Shock damage and use weapons with a Shock enchantment! 9/10 of the enemies you'll encouter in the Oblivion Planes have a weakness to Shock.
5. For Oblivion Gates, as I've said: shock enchantments. Wraiths can be killed with either Fire or Shock. Ogres with either Fire, Frost or Shock.
