Re: Dragon Age
I don't know how many people made what choices but I'd be interested in seeing. Be cool if Bioware released choices people made in the Keep like they did with choices from Mass Effect 3.
So we have come to solve every squabble in the village personally?

Re: Dragon Age
I can see them doing it after they offically stop supporting DAI to focus on their next IP. Hopefully, choices made by the Warden and Hawke can bite us on the arse. Would be nice if we get a codex entry on our DAO and DA2 companions to see what they are up to or have Varric randomly tell us a story about Hawke's companions. Oh and i bet we will end up telling Cole to stop leaving turnips all over Skyhold.

I think most people have played Awakening and have killed the Architect.[/quote]
I doubt that most people who played Awakening even met the Architect. Saying the word most in an ambiguous choice is shaky anyway.

Re: Dragon Age
Probably.
Skyhold is customisable and i hope that companions/advisors will remark on our choices. Apparently, companions will take a space of their own and make it their own. Such as Dorian will have a massive leather chair whilst Sera will take the bar. Please let there be drunk Quisitor and companion banter!
I think my Fem Qunistor will be a snarky(or the DA:I version of it) mage that may either romance Sera or the Iron Bull but it'll be down how it plays out.
Also, I hope that Varric will tell stories of the Warden but heavily exggarate them just as random dialogue or do the same with various THEDAS heroes. But if he makes a Mabari the hero of Ferelden, i'm tossing a dwarf!

Re: Dragon Age
Dove, all of your recent posts seem super energetic.
I recommend reeling in some of that hype, lest you ruin the game for yourself.
Anyway, while I am excited for this game I'll probably skip out on it until I can get my hands on a current-gen consolesince there's not going to be an import save option for past-gen versions of the game. Which, IMO, is the stupidest thing ever. I mean, The Keep is a nice idea and all, but it should have been something to rectify the inability of importing saves on current-gen. What it shouldn't have been is a total replacement of save importing on past-gen consoles where saves can still be accessed. On the plus side, it does get rid of the bugs that could be caught from importing saves and the need to have multiple saves for different outcomes in the previous games. What's even better though is that it's free unlike MA's Genesis I & II.
EDIT: Apparently you can import your saves into The Keep. This changes...
Everything.

Re: Dragon Age
Nah, DA:I is looking like it'll be my GOTY and it's hard for me to spoil it for.....
Iron Bull has sex with the Elder one and saves the entire world doesn't he?
I don't want DA:I anymore.
You can import your saves but not in the traditional manner. It's all linked into your Bioware account and you just need to log in it when playing DAO and DA2 for it to import it.
Anyway, they are doing companion trailers. I would link it but a marbari stole my mouse.

Bioware did a Twitch stream of the prologue. I am painfully resisting the urge to watch it, as I want to see it for myself. 7 moar daaaays.

I read a teeny tiny bit of one review, and the [&@%!] spoilered a little bit, and I immediately stopped reading. In the prologue to the game, you are apparently in

Don't get angry with them for something BioWare themselves spoiled earlier this year.

I'm not angry, who's angry?
I'm just being very cautious. I want to play through this as blind as I presently can.

Spoiler:
Also, i wished i did not read that thread on BSN's DA forum as i would have liked to figure it out for myself. Oh and avoid Gamespot's review. I have heard that it is spoiler central! If so then what the [&@%!] Gamespot!? It's a damn review not a showcase of the major spoilers!
Also, Varric's trailer is out but i cba to link it here.
And just 10 more days untill we get DA:I here in the UK!

Re: Dragon Age
I've been avoiding news as of late, I know I'm getting the game, I'll find out more about it and characters when I play it.
I should probably check out that Last Court thing in the Keep though.

It's a text based browser game that's set in the time between DA2 and DA:I.

Re: Dragon Age
It's not bad, but juggling all the stats thrown at you is kind of annoying. Freedom up, dignity down, dignity up, prosperity down, down down up down down left right center down.
Re: Dragon Age
I've got 3 market days left and I'd say I'm a pretty good juggler by now. I'm just hoping for more story stuff to show up soon.

Re: Dragon Age
Does it offer any bonuses for Inquisition by playing it?Тeatime wrote:It's a text based browser game that's set in the time between DA2 and DA:I.
Re: Dragon Age
I don't know about bonuses but some choice is supposed to carry over into DA:I. It's basically supposed to bridge the gap between DA2 and DA:I so there's some relevant plot as well I suppose.

Re: Dragon Age
It doesn't affect DA:I at at all. Choices are recorded in the Keep, and may be used in the future, but as of now, it doesn't do anything for anything else.
