Generic-title of the Dude: The Beginnining

Hey there, visitor. I deleted this RP's opening post, cause I didn't really want it to keep it when it got archived. It was a quite a big one, though, if I might say so myself.

Oh, and the extremely generic title used to be: ''Shadows of the Past: A Science Fantasy RP''.

Physical Description: Eva is slim, lithe and athletic standing just above five foot ten- fitting her profession. She also has emerald eyes and luscious chocolate hair that rests at the top of her neck. Eva is pale but her face normally has a number of small cuts on it, a single plaster on her cheek covering a deeper wound and splashes of dried mud in places.
Affiliation : Herself (Independent Thief) but 'lives' on the streets of Siren's port.
Backround: Eva was and still is a street urchin, she was dropped in the streets as a young child and has survived there ever since. Eva should have -by any rights- prospered in Siren's Port with its large amount of gangs and her incredible skill set as a thief, but as a child she did something that isolated herself from almost everybody. When she was ten years old, the young girl found a baby Daemon. His skin was as black as charcoal with white lines along his major muscles and his eyes were an emerald green that matched her own. Eva felt pity for the baby and took him in, on a closer inspection she found a brand scarred into the back of the one year old Daemon which simply read 'Ezekiel'- something that still hasn't healed from his back.
The ten year old Eva found this incredibly difficult to pronounce and it was quickly shortened to Zeke. She raised Zeke herself, living off the items she stole and he became her little brother despite how he quickly grew to be a good foot taller than her.
The pair became inseparable, and they frequently defended each other from both Humans and Daemons that frowned upon their relationship- leaving them completely isolated from all races.
Except of course when rival gangs needed something stolen from each other or they needed someone to rob a rich person of their valuables while he still wore them- then of course they were greatly sought after.
They both could have left the streets of Siren's Port by now with all of the money they had 'acquired' but they've tried and every time they find themselves succumbing to the Siren's Call and they always return to their one true home in an Alley.
Personality: Eva has a very evasive personality and is loyal to only the highest bidder and of course her 'little brother'- something that has evolved from their 'us against the world' attitude. Due to her living all of her life with a Daemon, she hates those that are racist towards them and she honestly doesn't understand the hate between the two races.

Name: Grabthar Hahmur
Race: Hinarian
Gender: Male
Age: 26
Physical Description: Standing eight feet tall, the midnight-black-skinned Grabthar finds it hard to blend in with a crowd, especially one comprised of humans. He is of an average fitness for a Hinarian, which means he is still as strong as the strongest human warrior. Grabthar keeps his black hair cut short in what could be called a "buzz cut".
Affiliation: Refugee with no alliances as of yet.
Backround: Grabthar was born on The Isles and spent all of his childhood years and some of his teen years there, following the political movements with interest but without involvement. He would often sit in on Council meetings just to hear the arguments of each side. He is quiet, preferring peace over violence, and will often try to talk down those around him that get into arguments. He is self-taught in the art of debate and hoped to one day either join the Council or be an emissary or assistant to a member. When the Councilors retaliated against the rebels, Grabthar's parents were a part of the rebellion. Grabthar tried in earnest to get his parents to back down, to come to reason and let peace rule. They told him that he was too young to truly understand what was happening, but that they were fighting for future peace and prosperity for him and all other Hinarians.

Grabthar's parents died three years after the war started, just before Neberon sailed for the mainland. Grabthar mourned for his parents, and after a time decided to leave his homeland as well. He had heard that the new settlement of Roik was peaceful. He is on his way there now.

Personality: Quiet and peaceful, Grabthar would rather rely on his strength of mind than his strength of body.

Physical Description: Lust is 5'7 and has a naturally slim figure. She has two purple eyes which lack pupils. Think of them as two holes filled with purple energy instead of actual eyes. Her skin is dark brown and have many swirls all over her body and two thick lines on both cheeks. The lines are red and the swirls are purple. She has a small but wide chin and her skin is surprisingly smooth. Her teeth are still developing but are sharper then any human's.She has two pointy ears and has many small ridges on her head which are a bit smooth. Her skull is very curved and almost like a ball. She has two large breasts with small swirls on. Which are purple.

Backround: Lust was raised in Gorlund and intially believed Samael's claims about the humans. She joined the Daemon Miltary when she was 18 and undertook basic training. She was just an average soldier and rarely questioned orders but when her squad decided to lead an attack on a human villages, she began to question everything she believed in and when the squad launched their attack, she made a decision which would change her life. She killed some of the squad after realising that the humans were not a threat and fled the battle after the rest proved too much for her. She was recently captured by the Outside.
Personality: Lust is curious about the humans and feels guilty about having taken the lives of some during her time in the miltary. She is a kind woman and wants to protect the humans at any cost from Samael's forces. She wishes that humans and Daemons would co-exist with each other and has a lot of patience. She has a strong set of morals and often elects to do the right thing.

Shiva

Physical Description:Shiva is a small Daemon. She has a naturally slim figure and is only 5ft tall. Her skin is a lovely dark brown and said skin is fairly smooth for a Daemon. Her arms have 4 swirls. They are purple. two on her forearm and two on the elbows. Her head is very curved and her eyes are a light red. She has two large breasts with a series of small swirls. They are blue and green. Her hands have two swirls. One on each palm and is a lovely shade of blue. Her teeth are as sharp as the average Daemon and are in good condition. She has a small thin chin and light red eyes. Her ears are pointy.
Affiliation: Sanctum
Backround: Shiva grew up in Sanctum and naturally gets on with both Humans and Daemons. She joined the city's defence at the age of 18 and became a scout due to her small size and her natural talent for staying hidden. She often helped new Daemons find the town. She has served as a scout for most of her life.
Personality: Shiva is a kind, respectful Daemon. She cares greatly about the town and is willing to sacrifice herself to save it if she is required to. She often helps new citizens get used to the haven and views Ottava as the leader that the Daemon Race needs and deserves. She has a good sense of humour and is very hard to anger. However, she hasn't killed anyone during her entire career and hopes that she won't be forced to.

Physical Description: Neither overly tall nor muscular, Wyatt seems somewhat average in appearance, which suits him just fine. With short brown hair and piercing green eyes, he suits the soldier look, and even has a few scars to match. One upon his right cheek and the others strewn upon his arms and forearms, most a result of his various excursions. His face is a little gaunt, though not enough to be off putting to most. Wyatt often goes through phases of stubble and clean-shaven, mostly because he can't be bothered to shave.
Affiliation: The Outside
Background: Born as the [&@%!] child of a wealthy businessman in Durreth, Wyatt was lucky to receive what care and attention he got. After his mother died in childbirth, Wyatt's father took him in and cared for him, though his motives are somewhat unknown. For 18 years, Wyatt lived with his father and his thought-to-be mother quite happily. Until the mother gave birth to a legitimate child, that is. After that, Wyatt's father never treated him the same, eventually forcing him to leave after revealing his mother to be an Outside deserter. It was then that Wyatt saw the true ways of the world, and so he left to join the Outside, whom he perceived as the only true family he had left. For 10 years, Wyatt has served the Outside as a soldier, which he continues to do.
Personality: Wyatt's personality is a grim one. What once was a happy outlook has turned dark and bitter. Throughout his years of service, he has developed a distaste for Daemonkind, despite his upbringing. Wyatt will also do whatever necessary to complete the duty he is given, no matter the cost. This has given him a reckless reputation among his fellow soldiers, though he pays no mind to it.

Physical Description: Her brown hair cascades down her back, almost reaching her rear end, her stormy grey eyes always hold a sad expression. Sierra's skin is a gentle tan colour, and she stands roughly at 5ft 6.
Affiliation: She is a member of a gang in Siren's Port, known as the ''Siren's Claws''. A gang which has recently seized a reasonably large portion of the dockside area, and giving themselves a tougher image.
Backround: Sierra's mother and father were both members of opposing gangs, sent to retrieve the same item. After pushing past their differences they teamed up in order to finish their mission. Only, after falling deeply in love, they were unable to leave the other. They had a relationship in secret, until her mother announced she was pregnant with his baby. They had fled their homes in hopes that they could leave their past and raise their baby, but after only raising Sierra for three years, they were murdered by the very people that they'd trusted. Although, her mother had suspected that she wouldn't live much longer, and hid Sierra in a small gap under the floorboards, allowing Sierra to live to see another day.
After reaching the age of six she left the old woman that had taken her in, and ran. She hadn't been able to leave the city before her father's old gang had found her. Luckily, as she was at a young age and looked more like her mother than father, they didn't realise that she was related to the man that had betrayed them, and she was allowed to live. She was raised by the gang, being told stories of a man that had tried to murder everyone after going rogue once he'd realised the value of an item he was sent to retrieve. She didn't have any memory of her parents, other than that her father had stormy grey eyes like her and that she was an exact replica, other than the eyes, of her mother.
Personality: Sierra is a very secretive person, not surprising as she is a member of a gang, but has big ideas of where she wants to go and who she wants to be. Although she has never personally known one, from hearing stories of the Daemons she has grown to hate them.

She killed the squad after realising that the humans were not a threat and went on the run. She was recently captured by the human forces.
Personality:Lust is curious about the humans and feels guilty about having taken the lives of some during her time in the miltary. She is a kind woman and wants to protect the humans at any cost from Samael's forces. She wishes that humans and Daemons would co-exist with each other and has a lot of patience. She has a strong set of morals and often elects to do the right thing.

Hmm, I have just a few things:

First off, The Daemon Alliance would not outright order an attack on a random non-affiliated Human village, especially not for revenge. I'm not saying the attack wouldn't happen, it's just that the people who attacked it would have made the choice themselves, and would not have been ordered to do so by a higher power. Basically I'm saying the majority of the squad would probably have acted on it's own decision, without orders.

Second thing, I can understand if she killed some people in her squad, but taking on the whole thing alone and winning is a bit far fetched .

And finally, which group of humans captured her? Was it in the north, or the south? was it a local gang, or the Outside, or just some village people?

Dovah approves! So, when does this start? Also, i left out what she would be wearing as i assumed that the outside would force her to wear standard prisoner clothes or leave her in her Daemon miltary uniform or worse, they force her to strip down to her undergarments.

I hope someone will do an Outsider PC as it'll be interesting to see two sides of the group. Also, what game system are you using? Is it the die based one or the DM decides so you had better bribe him/her/IT if you want to remain in the RP system?
