It would definitely have to be choosing redundant skills/perks. :s My Skyrim and Oblivion characters always invest in both armor skills. In Skyrim I always place my early perks into pickpocket and lockpick until I had those trees complete, which bites me in the ass when I take a trip to any dungeon. In Oblivion it is the opposite, I always forget to put any of those theif skills as my main skills. Which turned out for the better because I got really good at picking locks in that game.

I make tons and tons of saves at every diverging path and then never go back and choose differently to see what happens. I'll usually just make another character and choose differently with them.

As someone who typically does warrior characters, I will say low stamina is very annoying in that power attacks are less useful, and you also don't get the pleasure of running away when you need to. Building up stamina carefully seems easy, but it has to be done right to really get a good use of it at higher levels when you need it.

Definitely way easier than being a mage, though. ;)

Surprised there's so many "jack of all trades," one of my problems is, whenever I make a character that's supposed to use more than one thing I usually forget the other thing. Eg a Thief or Assassin made to use Daggers AND Bows, I end up just focusing on one of them.
