Re: Question on Morrowind Screen Resolution

I believe you can shut it off, when I had it on I didn't like the look. Made Morrowind look way too small.

Re: Question on Morrowind Screen Resolution

As long as you don't turn distant land on everything looks the same. Though the UI will be much smaller, but it still feels like the same game I played when I was young.

Re: Question on Morrowind Screen Resolution

I just use Morrowind Graphics Extender. On top of letting you change your screen resolution to your preference, it let's you change a few other graphical options like AA or higher quality shadows.

Re: Which three skills will go?

There is not a chance in hell that anyone EVER would be stupid enough to put duel wielding in two hand instead of one hand!

Worked fine in Kotor. Duel-wielding and double handed governed by the same skill. I don't see why this is any different.

Or maybe they'll keep the old weapon skills and ...

Re: Which three skills will go?

I know this doesn't pertain to skills being left out, but it does affect skills in general. I think they will change blunt and blade to one-hand and two-hand. Where two-handed not only governs claymores and battleaxes but duel-wielding also.

As for the ones being taken out I agree that acrobatics ...

Re: Radiant AI

Yeah I was very disappointing when I noticed this wasn't in the game. There were some aspects of it that were there, but it was very far from what it claimed.
If they can pull this off in Skyrim I would be very happy.

The thing about that video is that I'm more disappointed about the ...

Re: Starting Out in Morrowind

Get caught up in side quests. My character right now is level 27 and I haven't started the main quest yet. And I still keep finding new stuff to do.
Get with one of the great houses, they usually have pretty sweet quests and you get a house out of it :D

It's a great game, with plenty of surprises ...

It also doesn't hold your hand at all. Tells you all the stuff you NEED to know (moving around, opening things, etc.) lets you pick your class and race, and that's it. It actually wishes you luck. After that you are on your own.

In my opinion it is not only my favorite RPG but my favorite overall ...

There is something about Divine Birth right next to Windhelm. Anybody have a clue about that?
EDIT: And I can only count 4 cities. Solitude, Windhelm, Whiterun, and Riften.

Re: I was born under the...

What if they just implement all the signs into the perk system?

In keeping with Fallout's theme, i think birthsigns should be traits rather than perks. You can only choose one at character creation.

If they are going to justify their decision about making the game class-free on the basis of not ...

The Recent history of Bethesda's attempts at Leveling:
Morrowind: Level Scaling was mainly non-existant. Was you were level 20, you became an unkillable God. In fact, you could kill 'unkillable' Gods.
Oblivion: Level Scaling was everywhere. Everything was leveled, and there was really no use in ...

Re: The Way of the Voice

The lore tells of an ancient nordic magic practice based on the power of the wind, Voice of Kynareth. The users of the Voice, called Tongues, would be able to use their own voice to shatter physical materials and triumph in battle.

How cool would that be to be able to use that power ? To use a ...
