Yeah, they have weakness to fire. And just carry a few cure disease, and as of toughness, they aren't that good. The virtuous blood quest was easy. So, don't fret.

It depends on what kind, is it a one of a kind relic, one of a kind weapon for a unique character or are you talking general chance weapons that you find on mauraders, or bandits?

well with such a complex game, and so many scripts it has to load, you'll have bugs. They won't be able to perfect it the first time, thats why we have patches and updates ^_^, and somehow those seem to fail to, but its the thought.

I think I've encountered what you're talking about...I used a sword with a flame enchantment. I killed them big deal. But when I was back tracking, I was in the room where they were and they were up and about walking around. I think the green aura. Means they come back alive. But it's just a guess.

No its better than daedric, however if you ask me it does look silly. Think Sir Galahad from Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

I see its fine, dont worry about it, NotN armour is the relics that you find for the Nights of the Nine expansion. And I found it to be quite amazing. But you cant get them with out the plug-in.
