Find the button for "center view" and press it. You looked around but didn't recenter your head, so now you are actually walking around with your head turned.
Also, why aren't you using mouselook?
This game has mouselook!? How do I turn that on?
EDIT: Oh, and centering my view fixed it! Thanks ...

Re: Moving at an Angle?
I don't know what information gets written to the save game files, but I'm pretty sure it includes the direction you're facing. I know that when I save and restore in Arena, my point of view may shift slightly to a perfect cardinal direction if I was facing away slightly when I had saved. Maybe ...

Invisible Burden?
I keep finding myself overburdened unexpectedly, so I eventually opened my cart and stored everything (except my spellbook) I had inside of it. When I checked my character page, I was surprised to find that even with a nearly empty inventory and no equipment, I had 46/90 encumbrance!

Re: Moving at an Angle?
Unlikely, since loading earlier saves fixes it, while loading saves that I make after the bug occurs stay with the problem.SeaGtGruff wrote:Could it be one of your keyboard's cursor keys getting stuck?

Moving at an Angle?
Sometimes I get this weird bug where my character moves at a slight angle instead of simply moving in a cardinal direction.
What could be causing this? How can I fix this?
Thanks.

Fast Travel Death?
I just finished clearing out Privateer's Hold and now I'm preparing to fast-travel back to Daggerfall city... but then I get this weird message:

The "Running" Skill
So I keep reading about how quickly Running levels for people- and I'm not having the same experience.
At this point I've started to suspect that I'm not actually running normally.

Splitting Stacks?
So I found out Create Item is an amazingly powerful spell. I made about 50 arrows but now I can't pick up something in this dungeon and I realized- I don't know how to split stacks!
I searched google for this and found NOTHING.
Any ideas on how to split stacks?

Galsiah's Character Development - Magicka Regeneration
I just reinstalled and slapped a few mods onto Morrowind, and I noticed that my magicka bar was full despite me having cast several spells.
Contrary to probably everyone, I don't want this.
I read the readme and it gave a fairly weak answer stating something like "The editor can fix the regen".

All right, this actually is pretty specific. My mini-rant was directed more at Mulder's post than yours, though I still think that the prophecy you're talking about is mostly a result of using the same cultural codes and the logic of the narrative.

Re: Wheel of Time similarities?
I love Morrowind, so I'm not saying there's anything wrong with it having things in common with other works of fiction (especially with brilliant works of fiction). But I think you're stretching it - the common elements you've mentioned are vague and broad enough to be a simple consequence of the ...

Re: Wheel of Time similarities?
I also think there are lots of similarities, most notably: the Nerevarine is something like the Dragon Reborn, the Dunmer being the Aiel, the Great Houses of Morrowind are involved in a politics game like the Game of Houses in WoT and yeah Dagoth Ur is located in a volcano just like the Dark One ...

Re: The Official TES VI Wishlist thread
I dunno, I would find a limited inventory rather cumbersome, like some of the more action-orientated games that might fall into the action with RPG elements category. It may be unrealistic to be carrying around that many weapons or suits of armor, but imagine only being able to carry around one of ...

Okay, so I enchanted a ring so that it boosts my personality by quite a bit for a few seconds, and this is helpful at first... but it APPEARS to globally lower my disposition with everyone afterwards...

Ok, I've got one I haven't seen here (I think) - realistic inventory , please. Looting is fun, but just because my character is capable of lifting up a small car (or a heap of weapons which weighs more or less the same) it doesn't mean he should. The weight is not everything - dude has only two ...

- Bigger battles: a "war" with battles as big as 10v10 is just lame.
That could be interesting, though generally The Elder Scrolls has been focused on the growing power a single person (the player) rather than other characters so I'm not sure how that'd work.

You're probably not wearing a shield. I can't find the thread I read but it said that not wearing a shield raises your Unarmored skill. I'm not sure if it's true or not but worth testing it.
