Storing lotsa stuff in 360 version... slowdowns?

Post by Aleryn »

I'm doing a lot of Alchemy with my current character... and I was wondering if any one has had problems when storing a lot of ingrediants in one of their houses in the game.

Cuz I can remember ALL SORTS of bad things happening when you stored too much stuff in Daggerfall back in the day... so I'm relucant to really go full force into packratting a lotta' stuff in Obby 360.

So, any one else try it? No problems? Lots? Curious.

I am fairly certain you won't have any problems storing massive amounts of things. The only noticable difference would be a slightly longer loading time going into the house where your things are stored. But even that would be barely noticable.

Just curious, there's no ceiling limits to the amount of saves i can make, right? I mean, once I reach Save # xxxx, I'm not allowed to save anymore or something like that, right?

Just curious, cause i'm juggling 3 characters, so i'm already on the 700's.

1) Diskspace
2) You can always delete old saves.
There once was a Prince named Mehrunes
Whose buttocks sounded sonorous tunes
‘Twas an odiferous song
People sang before long
They had enough of his full crescent moons.

I keep all my stuff in barrels and cupboards. It's easier for me to scroll through and retrieve, and I figure the game doesn't have to remember the exact x/y/z positioning of every item.

Except books. They are "arranged" (if one can call it such) on my shelves.

Thanks for the input everyone, I needed a kick to have the confidence to stockpile as much as I wanted. I had some real horrors trying to store lotsa stuff in Daggerfall. One learned to be VERY superstitious in Daggerfall, hehehehehe.

Hell if I know on Morrowind... game doesn't keep my interest worth a damn. I really need to give it another chance.
