Sprinting in Skyrim Special Edition X Box 1

Is there any way to turn of the auto sprint?

As far as I know, the LB button toggles between sprint and normal, instead of having to hold down the button like you normally do.

I guess they mean auto run, which is really how far they move the left thumb stick for moving (all the way up/down/left/right/some combo thereof is run, walking is roughly halfway instead of full).
