Complete Crafting Overhaul

I have this mod installed and have a character with 100 Smithing and all perks taken in the tree. When I go to a forge to look at what is needed to make Dragon Plate armor, I can't find it. Was it taken out?

Dragonplate armor is still in the game, here is a link to the requirements. If you still can't find it, consider disabling the mod.
UESP Admin, Blogger, Cartographer, Moderator, Editor, and Patroller

That's what I wound up doing to craft the armor.

Then it seems like the mod has some conflict with dragonplate.
