Some glitches.

Not sure if this has been covered before but.

There are 2 bugs/glitches that I have in the game even with the latest patch installed.

1) Forehead Cut.
When in sneak mode the character attempts to slice the throat of an enemy, they sometimes "cut their forehead" instead.

2) Endless Mining.
Sometimes when mining ores, the character does not actually mine anything and keeps digging forever unless stopped.

Does anyone know a fix for these?

1. That's normal game behavior. It can happen when the actors are different heights, standing on different levels, or whenever the game feels like it.

2. I've had that happen to me before too, and someone's mentioned it on the talk page for mining, but apparently no one's added it to the bugs list.
