is this enchantment possible?
hi guys, can my fav. dwemer rifle mod, ( https://youtu.be/7_dIbjoXROM ) emit firebolt storm like shots and cause werewolf knockback effect + ice shout freeze for 60sec? I have no clue how to go about doing this in Creation Kit. I suspect "werewolf knockback" would randomly nerf itself as always too.

Re: is this enchantment possible?
My first instinct would be to say no, it's not possible if you're a beginner with the Creation Kit.
I haven't used the CK in a while, but if memory serves me, the Ice Form effect from shouts takes some scripting to fix into an actual spell, let alone into an enchanted item. If you have knowledge of scripting within the CK then it's possible, though the Werewolf Knockback would be the hardest to script—that being said, I'm not sure if that effect can even be added to an item.
The only bit that would be easy to add to the weapon or its ammunition is the Fire Storm effect.

Re: is this enchantment possible?
thanks for responding. Man! "Werewolf Knockback" nerfs itself randomly. the damage is nerfed down to zero sometimes, but the knockback always kicks in. it's also easily enchantable, you see, heck even in-game via console...
now... NO WONDER! *sigh* in console enchanting, ice form effect never works, too bad...
Finally, how hard would it be to fix werewolf knockback's damage nerf, and also add fire bolt storm burning effect to it as an enchantment? could ya try for me? thanks in advance! you will have saved my gaming life if this, at least that comes to fruition!

Unfortunately I don't have the CK installed on this computer, I'm travelling at the moment—but I can tell you that, after reviewing the Werewolf Knockback spell's functionality in general, it seems all you'd need to do in the CK is start with the Fire Bolt Storm (if I remember correctly, this mod already has a set of bolts with that effect, right?) and add the Werewolf Knockback spell (called StaggerFun or simply werewolfKnockbackSpell) to the enchantment.
I don't quite remember how enchantments work in the CK, but I believe you have to create an enchantment with its own unique ID first, and then apply it to a weapon. So I'd suggest taking the enchantment applied to the Fire Bolts and duplicating that in the CK, then edit that duplicate with an ID you can remember, and then proceed to add the Werewolf Knockback spell to that enchantment. As long as the Fire part of the enchantment is first on the list, it should take priority over the knockback, so you get the visual and burn effect from the fire, along with the knockback's effects.
I probably am missing a lot of details here, so I would check out these tutorials for creating an enchantment in the CK:

Thanks. I would pay to see that come true. But tis easy, at least making Firebolt Storm burning/Werewolf Knockback, enchantments. tis simples. I never thought that putting them in the wrong order was a thing.
