1. Ahzidal's Helm of Vision increases Rune cost by 25% but allows you to cast them further away. Is this the same distance increase as granted by Rune Mastery? Do these two effects stack?
2. Does Ahzidal's Gauntlets of Warding affect Spell Breaker?
3. Do Ahzidal's Gauntlets of Warding stack with the Ward Absorb perk, and if so what is the total amount of absorption?
4. What are the odds of a Tentacle Explosion while wearing Miraak's Robes?
5. Is the Dwarven BlackBow of Fate useful?
6. Does Ahzidal's Dragon Priest mask count as part of his set?

Re: Questions Regarding DragonBorn DLC Items
As for 1-3, the appropriate articles on both the Wiki and UESP make no mention. My advice would be to run some tests yourself.
For #4, the article simply says it's a small chance. So I'd say no more than 10% of the time.
For #5, I'd say that depends. It weighs only 10lbs same as a regular dwarven bow, but its physical damage places it between elven and glass. So it has a better damage-to-weight ratio, and will receive double smithing with just the dwarven perk even though it's made from ebony. The enchantment is only marginally useful in my view. I don't know why a person would want to absorb magicka when they are using a bow. If you're going to unequip the bow and switch to a spell, then there are better ways to regain your magicka. 25 points is also a pretty paltry sum - it won't hurt THEM much or help YOU much if you're taking aim at a caster. The absorb stamina will mean that you can stay zoomed in for longer with the bow, and the absorb health will obviously add some extra sting to the shot itself. Of course, you also must consider that any combination of those effects will only trigger half of the time. So there's no guarantee that you'll get the most desirable effect for that situation. Perhaps if you're dealing with one strong enemy like a dragon or lurker that you'll be putting MANY arrows into anyways, then maybe random absorption effects happening half the time will add up enough to make it worthwhile.
For #6, I assume you're talking about the 'Ahzidal's Genius' effect. If so, then the answer is yes. You CAN get the effect while wearing his mask rather than having to wear the Helm of Vision.
