Stuck in Apocrypha Chapter 1

Hi there fellow Dovahkiin's

I recently started playing skyrim again with a new save and character and got far until i reached Solstheim where i had
to fight Miraak in the Summit of Apocrypha quest , i can't reach chapter two in Apocrypha because when i Activate the book in chapter 1 to teleport to chapter 2 the game freezes completely and i have to use Task Manager to close it

Please i need your assistance.

I have loads of mods but i can't seem to find a culprit among them and i don't want to use console commands ( also screws up the game ) to finish the quest and also don't want to uninstall ALL my mods because then i won't be able to play on my recent save and i have put a
lot of effort into this.

Yes i did , i have all the requirements to continue but i just can't load chapter 2.

I know you don't want to use console commands, but I think most of Apocrypha is one cell (I could be wrong, and I'll get to that later) so by just using TCL you should be able to get two chapter two.

If they are different cells, then you can just use COC {Location ID} to get there.

Now if you really don't want to use any console commands at all, then we're back to the usual fixes:
Go to Skyrim, wait three days, do a different quest, etc,.

Ah nevermind folks , it was my enb .......... don't know how , don't know why but it was the enb i was using .. thanks for trying guys.

It was Sharpshooters ENB on full settings with ENB series 0.269.
