Giant Lichen--- Where?

I've been running through the marshes of Hjaalmarch for hours and, for the life of me, I can't seem to find very much giant lichen. I'm trying to get enough so I can make poisons of giant lichen + deathbell + skeever tail. I've found tons of deathbell, as well as swamp fungal pod. I also found a few canis root. However, I haven't found any abundance of giant lichen. I know what it looks like, as I managed to stumble across a handful outside Movarth's Lair, but nowhere near the 40 plants the wiki says are there. I've also checked each of the other locations the wiki says to search, but have only found 1-2 at most.

Am I doing something wrong? Does the Hi-Res DLC alter their appearance? Do they only appear under certain conditions?

I always used to find them up towards Solitude's bay.

Also, which dungeons have the highest concentrations of skeevers? The wiki doesn't say. It just says they live in sewers and caves, and the article on skeever tail itself only says where the spider web-encased skeevers are found. Is it still possible to encounter skeevers at higher levels?

You could try Honningbrew Basement? Dunno if it respawns though.

I revisisted Bleak Falls Barrow and found that the dungeon does in fact respawn. Even the dead skeevers, like the ones strewn about the entrance and the ones encased in spider webs, will respawn. So this is a good place to gather skeever tails, or train your defensive skills.
