No, not active camouflage like a Cuttlefish (I can't even imagine the amount scripting that would have to go into that), just regular make-me-harder-to-see camouflage.
In a nutshell, I want to paint the belly of a dragon so that it looks like a cloud, and I want to paint the wings of a dragon the same colour as the sky.
So my question is: Is this just a simple matter of re-texturing? And if so, is it possible to find the textures for clouds and such?
(P.S. I'm a rookie with the Skyrim CS, so if this seems like a stupid question that's why)

Re: Camouflaging Dragons?
Yes, you'd just retexture it. Google image search for clouds?
Really though, you could make the dragons partially transparent by messing with their alpha. Should be quite simple, really.
