I lost my treasure map

I think I sold my Treasure Map by mistake as I fell asleep playing and the game turned off. Several days and saves later, I noticed I was missing one of my maps. Does anyone know if I'll be able to get another chance to find another copy of the same map?

From your profile I see that you play on XBox, so no console commands. I'm quite sure maps doesn't have copies, so the best you can do is trying to track down the merchant you sold it. If his inventory respawned, you aren't lost: just remember the number of the map and watch here: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Map_Notes

Treasure Maps don't respawn. As far as I know, you don't need to have the Map in your Inventory in order to claim the treasure. All that is required is that you read the Map at some point after receiving it. (Reading the Map causes the treasure to spawn.)

You can check the Wiki to determine the treasure location of the particular Map you lost. To be honest, the treasures are pretty lack luster.
