When the stormcloaks win?

Post by Daemos Avetorii »

(Do not know if similar threads exist)

I just killed Rikke and Tullius and basically won with Ulfric and Galmar. I've been visiting cities to look for changes.
So far I do not see any.

Does anyone know what changes after a stormcloak victory?
I expected the jarl of dawnstar to be jubilant but he did not have any new thing to say.

Several people in Whiterun have things to say about the new situation. Other than that, IIRC only Jarls and their courts (ex and new) have anything to say.

You won't see Ondolemar anymore.
Lots of Imperial camps scattered around the province.
Oh, and there'll now be a shrine of Talos in the Temple of the Divines.

Well, as far as Ulfric is concerned he is still at war. Many Legionaries continue to fight from their camps, and he's still waiting for a reaction from Cyrodiil, they may choose to re-invade.

I'm curious about something.

When you do "Season Unending" and give Markarth to the Stormcloaks, Thongvor Silver-Blood becomes jarl. If you side with the Imperials and win back Markarth for them, Thongvor goes into exile at Windhelm.

What happens if you give Riften to the Imperials at "Season Unending" and then take the city back for the Stormcloaks? Does Maven Black-Briar get kicked out of the city as well?
Baurus: Our job is to get the Emperor out of situations like this. Though I'll admit, things aren't going exactly to plan.

Casandra: At the moment, the deadliest weapon at my disposal is a goblin's head on a stick. I'd be worried if this was the plan.

I've been wondering the same thing. Logic dictates that she should get exiled... but I have a feeling Maven is a "special" NPC and would simply return to her initial schedules.

Another thing I've been wondering is "Diplomatic Immunity" after helping the Stormcloaks win the war. I intend to find out what happens (so please don't "spoil" if you happen to know) with my current character... should definitely be interesting. 8)
