The first is the newly revamped TR website, still available at tamriel-rebuilt.org
The second, perhaps more interesting update is the Alpha release of both the Heartland map and the southern portion of the next map in the schedule, the Veloth map (encompassing parts of House Redoran's holdings in Velothis District).

It should be kept in mind that we are not yet done making these regions, and some of the progress we have made has not been merged into this alpha. I'm in the process of getting it all installed and running on a fresh save at the moment, and am interested in what other feedback you all might have about your experiences with the release. I have to say that this release comes as both a pleasant surprise for me, and a real testiment to the fact that the TR project is drawing ever closer to delivering upon that lofty goal that it set out to achieve.
