Shield/Heavy Armor mod..?

Shield/Heavy Armor mod..?
Anyone know of a mod that makes heavy armor and/or shields absorb more damage? Use mods for more realistic damage, but it doesn't change the armor at all really, so people in big steel plated armor die from 4-5 hits from a dagger, which makes no sense, and shields barely do anything, when those should stop 99% of the damage..
