File Associations

Okay so this is an odd one. I'm on Windows 7 and I accidentally messed up the file association for all my .lnk files so they don't launch properly. Does anyone have a sense of how to fix this?

Right click on a .lnk file, choose properties. There should be a button that lets you choose the default program to open it.

You'd think so but I couldn't find that. After a bit of searching I managed to find a utility that deletes files associations so that's actually fixed now. Though I'm embarrassed to say that I accidentally followed the wrong link when I first wanted to install this utility. File association problem fixed. Now I'm trying to purge QVO6. :dunmer:
