Stormcloak quest help?

I am on the first quest to liberate Hjaalmarch. I was about to meet with Galmar but then he started attacking me. No one else in the camp is attacking me, just him. Is this a glitch or did I do something wrong?

It sounds like a glitch. There are places where other npc's do very much the same thing. Sometimes it works to run away until they aren't chasing you any more, then fast travel somewhere else. Then come back and see if the behavior stops.

Ok I will try that. So far I've tried to reload the save but that may work.
