It's no secret that the AI of Morrowind can't handle levitation too well, and for most players, that might not be an issue.
It wasn't an issue for me either, but now I'm trying to play an Wizard type character who makes major use of levitation spells.
Followers, as well enemies, do however either get stuck or do run in random directions with no idea how to handle it when I cast levitation spells on them.
That's why I'm looking for some way to fix this. Is there any patch out there that addresses that issue?

The Mages in Balmora teach it, as a spell. It's also available as potions. I prefer the spell, being capable to fly up to 2 minutes, if I remember correctly.

Re: AI Fix for Levitation
I know where to get levitation spells lol.
My problem is that NPCs, including followers, can't really handle Levitation too well if I cast it on them (or give them a constant effect item with leviation).
They either spaz out or get stuck in a walking animation.

It depends on the mod and character. Like I noticed Jasmine would follow me anywhere. Other NPCs would come rumbling and running after me, as I was floating. It's really a variable, not a constant. You have to find out about it.
