Can anyone confirm if this is a bug? I'm trying to avoid spoilers so staying away from the wiki. Cheers!

Weird Solstheim Audio Bug?
I just recently got Dragonborn for PC but I've run in to what seems like an odd bug. I found a dead Dunmer miner near some ores, but I kept hearing his disembodied voice going on about lost treasure. It was definitely located in that area and there was no one else nearby. Later I encountered this same ghostly audio up north on the coast, but there was no one there!
It was a little freaky, ha ha.

Re: Weird Solstheim Audio Bug?
It probably is just a glitch, but I'm a little freaked out because I can remember someone either on these forums or some other website complaining about hearing disembodied voices on Solsthiem in Bloodmoon. Maybe the island is haunted?
If it isn't stupid it isn't worth doing.

You know, I think I remember that too. Glitch, or some sort of random Easter Egg? I haven't had much time to play Skyrim this week so haven't been back to see if I can find the ghost audio again.
