Dragonbone weapons
Are Dragonbone weapons included in Dragonborn, or are they still limited to Dawnguard?

Once you have Dawnguard, you can use them anywhere.

Re: Dragonbone weapons
The scripts for Dragonbone weapons are present only in the Dawnguard download. Once you've downloaded Dawnguard, they become available everywhere, just as Stahlrim, Bonemold, Chitin, and Carved-Nord items are exclusive to Dragonborn but after downloading the DLC you can make them anywhere.
So yes, you have to haveDawnguard in order to get Dragonbone weapons.

Re: Dragonbone weapons
I believe some will appear in random look on Solstheim if you have Dawnguard installed, but I haven't seen any yet. I've found some Stahlrim gear in random loot, but I'm high level.
Monsters are bred in labyrinths, labyrinths are bred from walls. There is a reason the Giants choose to remain nomadic rather than follow their shield kin the Nords in building permanent settlements. The Tower is the beginning of all walls.
