Online guild help?

Kay, so. I'm planning a guild for TES Online, which I will totally be getting as long as it isn't subscription based, and as long as my computer will be able to run it (which it should).
It's a guild open to Argonians, Dunmer, and Nords, and will be led by myself, naturally. I'll be playing a Dunmer Sorcerer. (If I can't get Online, then of course, somebody else could take this idea and run with it.) Basically, it's a good guy guild. Don't steal, murder, blahblahblah. Which means no Thieves Guild or Dark Brotherhood membership plz. But hey, if you want to join em, you can make another character probably. Or if you want to join US, you can make another character probably.
Questing or grinding together, helping eachother (lowered prices on goods and services and whatnot) or raiding together or what have you. This is what will be done in ze guild.
1. The name. I'm not sure. I've been playing around with words like dragon, fire, heart...I'd rather avoid any names that imply a particular playstyle, like THE DRAGONFIRE MAGES or KNIGHTS OF THE DRAGONHEART, because the guild is open to all classes. Any suggestions for the name?
2. The rules. They're simple, but for the sake of roleplay and solidity (roleplaying in the guild isn't necessary, but it's my preference), I've formally written up some rules and benefits of membership. Any suggestions? It's kind of a long list, but here it is. Again, basically, all it is is be a good guy. Possible rewards for good behaviour. I might give you moneys or equipment every now and then, or additional privileges or something. Any suggestions? Too many rules? Add more rules? Alter rules? Moar benefits? Less benefits? Alter benefits? Anything?

Dem benefits
3. That's it! Please don't spam the thread. I would like suggestions, and will totally accept people for membership *as long as they can follow dem rules*. I'm not a nazi, but I want this guild to be a good guy guild, plain and simple.
*******Also, could a mod lock/whatever this old thread? http://forums.uesp.net/viewtopic.php?f=44&t=33796 It's dusty, decrepit, and I only need this thread, and perhaps a dedicated membership/whatever thread when Online is released and IF I can actually RUN the bloody guild.
