Potion or spell of invisibility and just run through? Bring a follower to help could come in handy.

What style of play are you using? Close combat with weapons, magic or sneak attacks?

Re: I need help
I deal with packs of falmer by being incredibly sneaky. I never engage more than 2-3 at a time and try to lure them out away from one another. Also, I invest in being unheard... Usually they're in dark places and are already blind so being seen is never an issue.

Calm, pacify.... that effect is soooo potent and most people I talk to never seem to understand what it does exactly.Mage-Lord wrote:Frenzy spells to help even the odds? calm spells aswell?

Re: I need help
If you are perusing the stealth option, use of muffle is greatly advised. Falmer have extra sensitive hearing and without muffle they will most likely find you. Also waering something enchanted to resist poison, like the Saviours Hide, will help immensly, because Falmer make great use of poisons. And if all else fails simply turn down the difficulty.
And just a question, when you say you have completed all the guild quest lines, is that on the one character. Because if you have done that many quests, I struggle to see how you could have trouble with few falmer? Most likely it was on different characters but it's just a question.
