So, I've installed the Better Cities mod, and I followed the readme thoroughly, I even counted all the .bsa files to make sure I had them.
However, when I started up Wyre Bash, I see that the .esp s for the Imperial City are highlighted red.
So, it looks a little like this:
Better Cities IC Arboretum.esp
Better Cities IC Arcane University.esp
Better Cities IC Arena.esp
Better Cities IC Elven Gardens.esp
etc... etc
I can get the Waterfront District to run okay if I disable all of the other IC .esps.
Why is this? Why is the mod conflicting with itself?
I can't think of any other mods which conflict, and I checked to make sure they didn't.
Please, help.

Re: Problem With Better Cities
Are you actually having a problem running them? If so, what is the problem? I get that it says they conflict, but if you load them all anyway, what happens?

Re: Problem With Better Cities
What in their listing is red? Is the text highlighted in red? Or is the checkbox red?
If it's highlighted then run BOSS. That should fix it.
If the checkbox is red then you're missing a critical file from your BC installation.
