Fallion won't talk about Vamprirism

Hello,

I am trying to cure vampirism in my character. I went to Falkreath and talked to Valga and got the quest 'Rising at Dawn'. I was creeping into 4th stage Vampirism so I went to Fort Greymoor to 'feed' so that everyone would stop attacking me.

But then I went to Morthal and found Fallion and tried to talk to him to cure me. But he wouldn't talk about Vampirism. All he would do is offer to teach me about Conjuration and other than that it's typical village talk.

What gives? Is this a bug in the latest version?

I'm using PS3.

You need to talk to an Innkeeper first. He'll tell you a rumor about Falion.

I think I remeber reading somewhere, as well, that you have to be a 4th stage vampire when you talk to him. Can't remember where I heard it though.
