Super speed! (bug?)
So, it seems that whenever I use a Khajiit character in the beginning of the game, my character sometimes goes into these fits of super speed. Moving the character in any direction gets me across long distances very quickly, which makes dungeon crawling impossible. (Outside it works wonders! I can get anywhere in no time at all! ) I have no idea what triggers this, and I'm wondering if this has ever happened to someone else. Thank you for your time.

To me it sounds like max speed as it is set if you press "1". This sets speed to the max. Dungeon crawling is impossible on max speed.
But i wonder why this happens only whit Khajiit characters in dungeons. Bug?
