Mod for replacing NPC faces?

Can anyone recomend a mod that will replace the faces of nps? It somewhat keeps me at bay from playing Oblivion because of those terrible faces :( Just normal looking people would have been great. Any suggestions are appreciated :D

Any mod that smooths out facial textures should apply to NPCs, too.
