No they would be too powerful and it would be unbalanced. Winged centaurs always break the game.Evil-i wrote:Centaurs. With wings.
Sloads would be nifty.

I would like to see the ancient life of a Dwemer (aka dwarves). For you could see how civilized the Falmer were since the two were friends and could make those awesome machines for protection. And since they're ancient, you can still play as the others. And the story leads up to the telling of how they dissapeared, for that has bugged me. Same with the Mians from real life.

No. I think they should keep the 10 races we have at the moment. However they should add different kinds of Khajiit.
So we have come to solve every squabble in the village personally?

That would be cool, subtypes for each race for more customization.Knight Captain Kerr wrote:No. I think they should keep the 10 races we have at the moment. However they should add different kinds of Khajiit.

Given how simplified choosing your race has become, I think it's reasonable for Bethesda to start including other races, especially since at least six still exist but we've never even seen.

Re: new beast race
I would really like sloads, but the problem is that sloads and atleast the tsaesci can't be a chooseable race because they don't fit normal equipement(or parts of it) through their body structure. Therefore a new race would need a "human body layout" which means two hands, two feet, one head and a normal figure(not as fat as the sloads are^^).

Tsaesci aren't essentially huge snakes, they could simply be Argonians that more resemble snakes than lizards.

The only beast race that could realistically be implemented into the game without creating major complications would be the Imga. To which I can only reply:

Re: new beast race
If they could somehow put in a new beast race without the entire community getting their knickers in a twist about this silly "lore" thing they're always talking about, then I would love to see it. Rat or mouse people would be interesting.

Tang Mo! aka Monkey Men! Although I fail to see how they could be brought into Skyrim in any specific manner, pointful and Lore concise manner.

I agree monkey men would not fit with the lore. Also I have this feeling they would look like monkian from thundercats. Here's a link for anyone who's got no idea what I'm on about.

The Imga. With the option of adding fur or a shave to them (just like in lore).

Now that's an idea, maybe even the option to powder their skin pale Altmeri
. They'd need to bring in capes and rapiers though to complete the picture!

Yes, pale Altmer skin would be awesome as well!OblivionDuruza wrote:Now that's an idea, maybe even the option to powder their skin pale Altmeri. They'd need to bring in capes and rapiers though to complete the picture!
I hope we'll get some capes in the next game. As for rapiers, not really useful apart from lore purposes (and eye candy). They'd have the same power of a iron or steel sword, I guess.
The different types of Khajiit would be amazing too. Like the werecats from Arena.

This would be great if they gave the option of deciding which phase of the moon the character was born under, as this affects how the Khajiit turn out.Knight Captain Kerr wrote:No. I think they should keep the 10 races we have at the moment. However they should add different kinds of Khajiit.
I'd love to be able to play the evolution that has my guy as a huge Khajit mount.
I get the feeling though that the whole Khajiit thing should really be covered in their own game.
