Mage guild quest to protect and guard guild

[dragonalumni]

After doing several protect and guard quests for the mages guild I can't seem to get any more.

He says something new now like "I already gave that job to some sellsword", "I hired the fighters guild to do that"," thats lousy someone has been spreading rumors i need help, i dont need help with anything" I assume these are place holders where he used to give quests to protect and guard.

I wonder if I can goto another city to get these quests or if time passing will help.

Maybe nobody will even read this thread haha:)
