Assisting the People of Winterhold

The Jarl of Winterhold has tasked me to assist three people in his town in order to become Thane. I've assisted the Dark Elf who wanted me to steal a staff and something else, which I can't quite remember. But I've talked to everyone in Winterhold (Which isn't saying much) and nobody else is giving me quests. Can anyone name the three people you're supposed to help for this quest?

I don't know if she's one of the three that needs to be helped, but there's a barmaid named Haran who you can offer to help. She wants the local drunk Ranmir to start paying his tab.

After that, the bartender Dagur will ask you to help Ranmir.
