How do I stop 3rd person kill cams? And other PS3 Issues.

I've heard there's a way to turn the 3rd person animations off. Is this true? On Ps3. If so, where is it, I can't find it under settings or controls.

Secondly, just having some issues with the game. I'm playing on an SD tv, about ~30 inches or so, it works out okay. But the text is very difficult to read, and the top left feed is basically unreadable. Also, on the smithing menu where it tells you the materials you need, it often goes off the screen for armor/weapons where you need a few types of materials (like say, Dwemer stuff).

Also, there is no option to adjust the screen size, which annoys me, as a small portion of the screen is clipped off. Most games these days seem to have this setting, and I wouldn't think it would be difficult for Bethesda to patch this.
