Are there partial decapitations in Skyrim?

Post by Shadowscale »

I remember reading an article about the player fighting an undead and supposedly it's head seemed to flip back and dangle for a bit because it was still attached, Can anyone who has played it yet confirm this please.
Spoiler:
Or just answer when you finaly get the game

Or it was at least imlied... Never shown, but very likely happened.

Spoiler:
I have no idea. I did because the others did.

SOme of the finishing moves had decapitations. I saw one or two in a video on Bethesda's youtube channel a few days ago.

Can anyone yet confirm if you can disembowel and mutilate the corpse of a non-zombified creature?

Spoiler:
Didn't seem to be able to. Even when bashing a wolf's head with my Bound Sword during a finishing move the head remained perfectly attached.

I leveled up in one- hand attacks, and the option was that there is a likelihood of decapitation during power attacks. Sweet.
